The integration adds a Create Credit Note button to the Retino interface. When you press it, Retino will offer a proposal for a credit note, which can be checked and possibly modified. Once complete, the credit note is created in accounting and its form in PDF format is uploaded back to Retino, from which the credit note can be sent to the customer.
