The add-on automatically creates links in the ABRA Flexi / FlexiBee application between existing stock issue documents and the relevant issued invoices, or links between stock receipt document and the relevant received invoices. The created links will allow you to determine the actual margin and subsequently perform sales analysis and other functions. Links between warehouse movements and invoices are also needed for the possibility of a credit note to put goods in or out of stock.

The ABRA Flexi / FlexiBee application allows you to create a warehouse document together with an invoice or manually enter existing warehouse movements when creating an invoice. When using document automation, which directly creates individual documents, the created documents are not linked.

Disadvantages of documents without links:

• For invoices received, there is no certainty that the supplier has already delivered all the goods.
• For invoices issued, the actual margin on the order is not filled in correctly.
• When creating a credit note, this document is not correctly linked to the corresponding warehouse movement.

Automatic linking of warehouse movements and invoices analyzes the documents and links the individual documents. This creates internal links in the ABRA Flexi / FlexiBee application. At the same time, it is visible which items of warehouse movements have already been invoiced and which have not yet been invoiced.

The add-on performs the following analysis:

• Links documents by order number.
• By default, it links the oldest stock movement with the oldest order (processing can be limited to a date).
• If the number of pieces on one of the documents does not match, the item will be divided into two documents (e.g., the receipt has 1 piece and the invoice has 2 pieces – there will be two new items on the invoice, each containing 1 piece).
• When deleting one of the linked documents or one of its items, the link between the documents will be automatically canceled. The document originally linked will be preserved and the link will be created at the next appropriate opportunity.

Warning: The add-on uses the user queries feature, which is only available in the Premium ABRA Flexi / FlexiBee variant.
