The integration connects orders and products in CRM RAYNET CRM and the accounting system ABRA Flexi / FlexiBee.

Automatic connection of CRM and accounting will improve the order processing process. The connection will automatically transfer received sales orders from your CRM to accounting ABRA Flexi / FlexiBee including the necessary customer data, reserve the ordered goods in your warehouse and transfer the catalog of goods from CRM to accounting.

Frequency of data transfers

All data is transferred automatically through the connection at regular intervals:

• Sales orders are transferred from CRM to accounting either immediately or every 15 minutes.
• Products are transferred from CRM to accounting once a day at night (or at any time on request).

Issued invoices can be created automatically by cooperating that scenario with Automatic creation of tax documents.

Sales orders are transferred to ABRA Flexi, including subsequent changes.
