The integration connects orders and products in CRM RAYNET CRM and the accounting system POHODA.
Automatic connection of CRM and accounting will improve the order processing process. The connection will automatically transfer received sales orders from your CRM to accounting POHODA including the necessary customer data, reserve the ordered goods in your warehouse and transfer the catalog of goods from CRM to accounting.
Target group
The integration is intended for RAYNET CRM operators who keep their accounting in the POHODA system. The integration is mainly chosen by companies that want to process orders from CRM and possibly ship in an POHODA environment.

- Automatic connection of the RAYNET CRM application with the POHODA accounting program.
- Transfer of sales orders and their changes from RAYNET CRM to POHODA with optional creation of invoices.

Frequency of data transfers
All data is transferred automatically through the connection at regular intervals:
- Sales orders are transferred from CRM to accounting either immediately or every 15 minutes.
- Products are transferred from CRM to accounting once a day at night (or at any time on request).
Integration transmits all new sales orders to POHODA, but all subsequent changes of sales orders have to be applied to order in POHODA accounting.
A Dativery connection to accounting software Stormware POHODA is realized by application Dativery Agent.

Connect Requirement: Requires installation of Dativery Agent. To connect POHODA accounting, you need to use the application Dativery Agent. The application uses the POHODA user license during the data operations themselves (reading, writing, …), which it releases again after each operation (if the free user license is not immediately available, the required operation will not be successful).
