The integration ensures regular automatic sending of issued invoices, sales orders and internal documents corresponding to the established accounting rules POHODA using the email automation platform Ecomail.cz. Using the Ecomail.cz service allows you to send nice and professional-looking emails.

Advanced integration settings allow precise selection of documents to be sent using the following:
- document database (issued invoices, sales orders or internal documents),
- the oldest date of document issuance,
- document series,
- document types,
- present label,
- form of transport,
- form of payment,
- payment status,
- etc.
For the header of the sent e-mail, you can specify the subject of the message, name and the sender’s email address, the reply-to address, the copy-to address. It is possible to select the fields from which the recipient’s email addresses will be read.
The body of the email is determined by the selected template in the Ecomail.cz email automation platform. To fill it in correctly, you can select the language and eventually support for multiple languages, for which you can specify a combination of language and document type, or print report. It is possible to specify the presence of an attachment and its form (PDF, ISDOC, combination).
Note: You need a tariff with a transactional emails in email automation platform Ecomail.cz.

The application uses the POHODA user license during the data operations themselves (reading, writing, …), which it releases again after each operation (if the free user license is not immediately available, the required operation will not be successful).
